Community Arts Projects
I have run a variety of art projects with children and young people in a community setting. Here are a few examples:
Full day workshops at the Graves Art Gallery, Sheffield, exploring 'Vorticism' and the sculptures of Henri Gaudier-Brzeska with GCSE students
Month long community engagement project investigating a families thoughts about their area and telling their stories via a textile art work and DVD, in conjunction with Sharrow Community Forum
Drop in sessions painting African face masks with aboriginal style dot paint at Sharrow festival
